1、负责搭建项目管理流程和体系，确保交付效率和交付质量，支撑公司快速发展的业务需求和战略目标落地；
2、负责梳理和持续迭代项目管理流程机制，通过定期对项目绩效数据分析洞察问题和待改进点，有效协同营销、研发、质量、生产等部门，不断优化管理机制、持续跟进机制落地效果，确保部门重点项目顺利落地，管理过程规范受控；
3、根据公司产品开发规划，主导项目目标制定，计划和过程管理，以确保高效率高质量的达成交付目标；
4、主导项目过程中重大/关键问题和风险识别，并制定问题和风险解决对策；
5、完成上级交办的其他相关任务。

工作职责：

1、负责新能源电池包及 pack 线的项目开发管理。
