Strengthening business relationships with existing customers working closely with technical services team on a coordinated market strategy.
Prospecting and developing new business in the territory, with key focus on the nutrition consultant groups.
Participating in setting objectives, generating, and executing plans for sales and marketing to grow Enzyme business.
Provide sales support to agents and distributors though product training and customer visits including new product launches.
Regular monitoring and reporting of territory sales performance against plan using sales forecasting and market analysis driving to the implementation of appropriated commercial actions.
Manage Enzyme presence at conferences and trade shows.
Work with Marketing Manager to support and update Market Vision, a market database to provide the commercial Livestock team with an update on current product and market trends and to provide a strategic outline of new product launches into the marketplace.
Regular reporting to Business Manager on market development / intelligence, sales, and competitor activities / analysis
