(CTB, PSI, CTBA, inventory...), plan & escalation

§ Briefly manage the project key words for pre-build, build, and post build including plan,
meeting, report & communication, and to ensure the main KPI of project which are good
quality, saving cost/ cost down, ontime delivery.
§ To be responsible for over all management the projects development from NPI to NPO
stages ( kick-off, proto, EVT, DVT, OVB, FRB build) & coordinate the projects
