Key areas of responsibility & Key Contributions:
1. Identifying customer requirements/issues and recommending an appropriate nutrition solution (technologies and services);
2. Design and conduct products and services/solutions presentations/discussions to the customer’s technical staffs and managers, R & D specialists and managers, formulators, purchasers, etc.;
3. Support more than 30 clients and prospective customers in 3 main customer segmentation (including feed mills, feed mills with their own internal farms, and self-mixed farming systems). Livestock species in focus include, but not limited to monogastric animals;
4. Continuous effort to enhance sales capability (especially in understanding and solving complex customer issues) through product/digital nutrition, NIR, and lab services/skill training programs (≥ 40 meetings in total) for the sale team. Explore opportunities to develop new support tools;
5. Connect the sale team with related multiple supportive functions (both globally and locally) to share and leverage knowledge and experience within the organization.
