Responsible for three upholstery production lines and 4 work teams in the area of sewing, leather cutting, vinyl, fabric and lining baking daily production covers of one and two needles with decorative. Personnel under my charge 42 people.

Achievements:
Increased efficiency by 25% in production line that was programmed at 75% efficiency due to low capacity and lack of training, with the standardization of HIO and balancing of its operations, an efficiency of 100% was achieved.
We were able to increase this 25% in a period of 8 months since last year and currently this work team is working with 105% efficiency.
Recovery of 4 million pesos per inventory order.

Activities on the shop floor to audit quality processes in the area of chassis and frame assembly, hydroforming, laser cutting and hot stamping, always adhering to the control plans.

Follow-up of corrective actions with suppliers through an alert and rejection system called SIQS.
Responsible for the quarantine area, providing inbound and outbound flow and returns of rejected material through the warehouse to warehouse movement system called BAM, similar to the SAP system.
Supervision of suppliers such as Warranty Men in shipping issues, logistics and quality in warehouse and assembly process.
