主要工作职责及工作实绩:
1. Overseeing the storage of products, ensuring that inventory levels are accurately maintained, and managing stock rotations to optimize storage space and minimize waste;
2. Leading and managing a team of warehouse personnel, which includes hiring, training,
scheduling, and evaluating staff performance;
3. Ensuring the warehouse adheres to health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections, and training staff in safe work practices;
4. Managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This includes coordinating with transportation companies, scheduling shipments, and overseeing loading and unloading operations;
5. Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure that goods are stored and handled in a way that maintains their quality;
6. Continually assessing warehouse processes and implementing improvements to increase
efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction;
7. Preparing and maintaining necessary documentation and reports related to warehouse
operations, inventory levels, and staff performance;
8. Overseeing the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts,
conveyors, and sorting machines.
