Mainly responsible for United States, Canada, and North America
Vehicles and Equipment sales, market development,
product strategy, customer consultation, lead suppliers and consultants.
Job Description:
• Creating sales strategy and plan according to company overall
business goals, creating quarter- sales plan and controlling sales
process.
• Maintaining and supporting existing customers, identifying and
cultivating relationships with potential customers in North America.
• Collaborating Design team and Customer regarding technical
negotiations ensure that the designed products meet customer
requirements and comply with relevant American standards.
• Sales budget evaluation, control and cost saving.
• Sales risk assessment and KPI analysis.
• Responsible for market competition analysis, including analysis of
competitor customers, scope of service, quality of service, price
comparison, and competitor's market strategy.
• Collaborating and coordinating with R&D department to develop
North American market business.
Main Achievements: Each year achieved and exceeded the sales goal except for 2020
Boston project sales value: $843 million,
Los Angeles project sales value: $647 million.
