Responsible of the Import, Export and Trade Compliance Area in Mexico, ensuring the execution of each
of the activities related to international transportation, customs brokers and distribution centers
according to the times, costs and required quality.
Responsible for all Supply Chain activities (E2E). From the receipt of the customer order to the billing of
the project of the assigned accounts, attending to each of the escalations by the KAM's, Project Managers
and clients (AT&T, Telefónica, Axtel).
Responsible for any Customs and Legal requirement in front of the authority, as well as the management
and application of Customs and Tax Legislation; Free trade agreements; likewise of the OEA, IMMEX
Certifications (Annex 23 and 31) and C-TPAT and compliance with SOX controls related to Customs
(Lawsuits, Tari Classification).
Responsible for National and International Logistics, including oversize cargo, OFCI equipments,
Telecommunication Machinery (Base Station, antennas, Shelters, generator, coolers, etc) and cranes. On
charge of the KPI’s of Delivery Precision, Supply Chain cost reductions and performance evaluations of
the 3PL, Freight Fwd and Cranes Suppliers
Achievements:
Certification as an Authorized Economic Operator (OEA) was achieved, reducing customs clearance times
for merchandise from 2 to 1 day. In addition to guaranteeing a secure supply chain for all the processes
that were implemented.
Implement strategies for the Sourcing process. (Purchase on consignment and safeguarding of materialswere designed, reducing storage costs and improving financial management in the projects).

Ensure that the customer's orders are 100% complete in the system (SAP) for their execution, starting the
ordering process, monitoring and delivery of orders, taking into account the budget, costs and inventory
management.
Monitoring of each purchase order (SAP), from its placement to its delivery to the end customer
(Invoicing), ensuring that each logistics process was executed correctly and according to what was
agreed upon by the customers.
Develop Suppliers to indirect materials (Package, cables, connectors, protection equipments, etc)
Preparation of the weekly order status report to the client or Project Manager (Order Book).
Coordinate the delivery plan and the invoice process.
Achievements:
The position was developed and implemented as a new Rol in the Local Company (training in StockholmSweden to develop this position in Mexico) achieving an improvement in processes, as well as an
improvement in communication with the internal customers.

well as the warehouse process (In, Out, Storage, Distribution etc.).

Provide training courses to Ericsson installers sta on handling Damaged HW (Claims Process).
Ensure financial execution in SAP (ordering, credit notes, etc.)
Safety stock analysis for special accounts, as well as inventory management and invoice the bad
handling.
Achievements:
The implementation of SAP in Mexico was achieved for the reverse logistics process, achieving savings of
30% to 40% in the HW invoiced for "Bad Handling"
