Achievements/Tasks
Responsible of the Import, Export and Trade Compliance Area in Mexico, ensuring the execution of each
of the activities related to international transportation, customs brokers and distribution centers
according to the times, costs and required quality.
Responsible for all Supply Chain activities (E2E). From the receipt of the customer order to the billing of
the project of the assigned accounts, attending to each of the escalations by the KAM's, Project Managers
and clients (AT&T, Telefónica, Axtel).
Responsible for any Customs and Legal requirement in front of the authority, as well as the management
and application of Customs and Tax Legislation; Free trade agreements; likewise of the OEA, IMMEX
Certifications (Annex 23 and 31) and C-TPAT and compliance with SOX controls related to Customs
(Lawsuits, Tari Classification).
Responsible for National and International Logistics, including oversize cargo, OFCI equipments,
Telecommunication Machinery (Base Station, antennas, Shelters, generator, coolers, etc) and cranes. On
charge of the KPI’s of Delivery Precision, Supply Chain cost reductions and performance evaluations of
the 3PL, Freight Fwd and Cranes Suppliers
Achievements:
Certification as an Authorized Economic Operator (OEA) was achieved, reducing customs clearance times
for merchandise from 2 to 1 day. In addition to guaranteeing a secure supply chain for all the processes
that were implemented.
Implement strategies for the Sourcing process. (Purchase on consignment and safeguarding of materialswere designed, reducing storage costs and improving financial management in the projects).
Monthly Customs Operations Number ==> 800-1000 (Import 70% Export 30%)
Montly Inbound per type of transport ( Land 30%; Sea Freight 45%; Air 25%).
Monthly Outbound per type of transport ( Land 40; Sea Freight 45%; Air 15%).
