Activities:
● Apply sanctions or terminations related to absenteeism, late arrivals, discipline, unsafe acts and bad
quality.
● Answer letters to the Judge of the Family related to child support.
● Follow up the 90 days trial contracts for new hires.
● Maternity leave agreement.
● Keep records of the employees in their files.
● Letters: visa, loan banks, school.
● WORKDAY: Weekly pre-payroll exceptions: Overtime, Pay Time Off, One Time Payments (moment
awards) Worker Change History, Paternity Leave, Bereavement Leave, Marriage, short-long term
disabilities and Salary Changes.
● In collaboration with the EHS department, coordinate the brigade course and work with them related to
the NOM-035-STPS.
● People Connect for LATAM (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Argentina) I provided HR services to help
employees with Workday inquiries or issues, how to navigate and found policies on MSI website, I
tracked the service through Service Now (help desk) and prepare every quarter KPIs to present to HR
Sr. VP and others PC members located in US, EMEA & APAC.
● Insurance of Major Medical Expenses, review proposals of the vendor, choose the best option for
renewal and submit the purchase order.
● Monthly meeting with Mgmnt Team to review updates in policies, covid-19 IMSS permit, guide them with
the handbook (RIT), HO and Retrieve Equipment policies, open reqs, Annual Incentive Plan
(performance vs behavior), submit moment awards and PTO on WORKDAY.
● Engagement activities: propose and handle the annual budget for: Christmas party, Picnic, Mother's
Day, Father's Day, Customer Service Weekend Ugliest Sweater.
● Compensations & Benefits: counter offers, according to the Global Salary Structure using Tableau
(mercer survey) & penetration range salaries.
● Review salary increases for new hires (lowest salaries entries)
