Description:
1、To achieve and exceed the sales target of the area/sub-regionthrough an effective and efficient utilization of Resources andincreased prescriptions and bulk purchases.
2、To implement marketing and sales strategies in the sub-region and collect market information from doctors, chemists, hospitals, institutions, etc.
Responsibilities:
1、Assist the RBM in preparing accurate 12-month rolling sales forecast.
2、Implement product strategies and promotional plans and other customer support programs with guidance from Product
Management team.
1、Review sales and financial performance of distributors and take corrective steps as and when necessary.
2、Monitor competitors' activities including expansion plan, territory reorganization,products and promotion and provide regular feedback to RSM and Product manager.
3、Create an open and enabling work climate.
4、Assess field staff's detailing and selling skills during online meetings and provide feedback and on-the-job digital coaching for improvement.
5、Train field staff in organizing lecture programs and customer support programs,prescription monitoring, chemist audits and any new initiative.
