Managed the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) platform and processes for connecting our customers to Siemens Canada lowering costs for the company, and enabling the company to fulfill the customer’s transaction requirements.
Responsible for project management of multiple projects with respect to all IT and business issues within the A&D Division of Siemens Canada giving the division one point of accountability.
Implemented a fully integrated on-line electronic shopping catalogue to allow our customers an easier way to purchase product, get pricing and track and trace their orders, while alleviating internal Siemens issues and reducing cost.
Worked with a cross-functional team within all of Siemens Canada to create a new set of operational procedures and “best practices” for data management giving the company better data integrity and cost savings.
