· Currently I am in the cover receiving area, cover filling and sponge area, with 42 people under my supervision. I was in the cutting area for 2 years.
· Implementation of new technologies and renewed means of production to improve processes.
· Execution and control of the planned production plan.
· Control of the correct functioning of the production processes of Frames, Cushion Filling, Cover Kitting, Fabric Cutting, Fur Cutting & Sewing.
· Evaluation of the work of the operators under my charge.
· Organization of meetings to assess the indicators and prepare plans to achieve the expected results.
· Proposal and execution of continuous improvement actions in areas of Frames, Cutting and Sewing

· • Compliance with applicable regulations in daily work.
· • Application of strategies to encourage attendance.
· • Management and documentation of relevant information in the training system.
· • Identification and anticipation of possible problems and needs to achieve greater efficiency and RFT.
