transaction. Responsible for carrying out all investor relations strategies, policies, and programs in order to maximize long-term
company valuation. Driving both the internal and external communications plan surrounding investor relations, conveying summary
financial communication, and generating investor and analyst confidence.

Investor Relations
Built investor relations initiative from the ground up for this Software as a Service (SaaS) based supply chain management software
company after a successful IPO through a SPAC transaction. Responsible for ensuring e2open is strategically positioned with
analysts, investors, and all stakeholders in the financial community. Worked closely with the executive leadership team to create
the appropriate strategy, framework, and communications as well as provide an investor relations roadmap.
§ Created and implemented investor relations strategy specific to earnings, investor targeting, and investor events such as
conferences and non-deal roadshows.
§ Lead engagement of investors and sell-side analysts. Remained the first point of contact and managed dialogue with executive
leadership. Added four additional covering sell-side analysts in two years.
§ Participated in investor meetings regarding merger and acquisition targets. Assisted in raising $380 million PIPE for acquisition of
BluJay Solutions.

Led vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of communications for the investment office that manages the endowment and
related assets of Washington University in St. Louis. Authored messages and materials that showcase the significant positive
impacts of the endowment across environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) issues. Built the first annual report that
provides insight into the use of the endowment to meet University goals. Recruited based on unique background and the ability to
communicate with outside stakeholders.
§ Created messaging for the positive impacts of the $9 billion endowment. Communicated ESG matters with donors, students, and
the Washington University community.
§ Developed presentations tailored to multiple audiences; oversees the availability and revision of presentation materials, as well as
the design, content, and updates to the organization’s public-facing website.
