stablishment of Salaries and Benefits vs the labor market in the área, Development systems, first hirings etc.
• Union Labor Relations leadership. Direct communication with union leaders. Stablishment & yearly
negociation of CBA Colective Bargaining Agreements (CCT), associated costs and payroll projections,
Experience working with CTM, SITIMM, CTC, CROM
• Stablishment & shielding of Internal Work Regulations (RIT)
• Handling and resolution of collective and individual conflicts, controversies and / or lawsuits, conciliation with
labor authorities
• Advice on compliance and application of Federal Labor Law (LFT), STPS, Government Standards
• Strategies of Recruitment, Administration & Retention of personnel at all levels of organization (Expatriates,
Directive, Managers, Coordinators, White Collar, Union, etc.
• Work environment analysis, NOM035, Wellnes programs etc
• Design of training and development programs, focused on productivity and positive impact on KPIs
• Assurance of key HR indicators (turnover, training, absenteeism, training, etc.).
