Assist the Assistant Relocation Manager in preparing and submitting the application
and renewal of work permit for non-resident employees in a timely manner.
Assist and provide information to non-resident employees of executive level and
managerial positions in temporary Macau residency application
Communicate and follow up with labor agents on work permit procedures at both
Macau and overseas.
Prepare and analyze the data reports of work permit status of non-resident employees.
Establish systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency of relocation daily
operations (including HR counter).
Responsible and monitoring the data input of quota information into the HRIS system. I
•Responsible for the staff beneficial program and communicate with vendors
Assist all employee services and internal activities
Supports property HR initiatives such as: recognition programs, key activities
(appreciation day, service awards, and recognition events)
