➜Monitor, ensure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment and selection processes;
➜Provide care, coaching and mentoring to all resource managers under my span of control;
➜Data analysis and decision making for continuous improvement in the scope of KPIs in each of the regions under my charge;
➜Ensure and manage with the staff areas of the shared services center that we are in compliance with the legal requirements with various authorities (STPS, SSA, COFEPRIS, SAT, FONACOT, INFONAVIT);
➜Assist with the Talent Management team to provide feedback and follow-up on the development of operational personnel in management positions and area directors of the organization, facilitating the identification of key talent and ensuring their participation throughout the process;
➜Prepare and analyze data reports with the main KPIs of the HR area, identifying opportunities that allow continuous operational improvement and the development of collaborators within the organization;
➜Analysis and calculation of operational and administrative staff;
➜Assist and advise in the processes of attracting talent, implementing and complying with policies, performance management and incorporating new employees into the company;
➜Guarantee as functional leader compliance with staff coverage of new markets, interacting and collaborating with all Corporate Areas to ensure a successful expansion process in accordance with the General Management strategy;
➜Alignment of the HR area to a new business model that represented creating and mastering new positions and work functions, developing new training plans for said positions, creating new tabulators in conjunction with the compensation area and defining a new organizational structure for said positions. business model;
➜Assertively communicate to the operation about new initiatives, projects, changes and improvements within operational and human resources processes, raising awareness of their importance;
➜In alignment with the Human Resources Department, propose the creation or adjustment of the HR strategies that were established, in order to respond to the needs of change to align HR objectives with business objectives, strengthening the role of business partner;
➜Personnel management and positively influence the creation of a healthy and motivating work environment in accordance with the company's organizational culture;
➜Monitor and implement legal updates on labor matters;
➜Maintain a healthy salary structure in conjunction with the compensation area that favors equity in the organizational structure;
➜Lead internal and external audits with suppliers and consultancies;
➜Budget, authorize and organize institutional events based on the budget released by the financial and accounting areas of the organization.
