• Responsible for Sales forecast & managing the supply chain.
• Responsible for preparing the monthly, half-yearly, Annually & 3 years Sales projections.
• Responsible for managing the BIS restriction, acquiring BIS licenses, Renewal of BIS licenses, Bank Guarantee & dealing with Ministry of Steel for Clarifications & Exemptions against import shipments.
• Responsible for guiding and managing the staff within India and overseas against the legal compliances announce by Indian government for imports, plastic waste management etc..
• Responsible for Quotation preparation, submit & arrangement of Purchase orders from customers.
• Handling OEM’s, Tier 1 & Tier 2 manufacturers (Automotive/auto ancillary), Power Sector, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, mining & Traders.
• Supplying Raw Material (wire rods, round bars, flats and alloy powders) High Nickel Alloys, High Carbon Steel, Low carbon steel, Stainless Steel, heat resistant steel, super alloys, metal powder, Magnets, Ti-alloy, Monel etc., mainly from Japan, China, Korea (least) & India.
• Exporting Indian steel from domestic mills & traders to ASEAN countries.
• Having previous experience of exporting Ferro-Alloys from India to Japan aprrox 5,000MT.
• Generating machine & equipment enquiries from Indian wire drawing and automobile component manufactures like combined wire drawing machine, CG, shot blasting, STC furnace etc. and responsible for quotation, negotiations, and execution.
• New business development, making customer mapping & maximizing existing customer business Pan India Basis.
• Responsible for Turbo Charger market development in India for Bharat Six (Euro 6) emission norms going to be implement in 2020. (targeting, turbo charger turbine wheel, VTG unit, turbo gaskets, heat resistant fasteners by promoting Hi nickel alloy, SS materials)
• Responsible for coordinating with parent company staff in Japan for day to day business activities.
• Responsible for payment follow-ups as per payment schedule & update the same to management in India & Japan.
• Updating Balance Order Sheets of different customers & update the same to reporting authorities.
• Sales Team Management PAN India.
• MIS management.
• Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers.
