The focus of my work is the continuous improvement of Thermal Fluid Heat Generators (TFHGs) and Quick Saturated Steam Generators (QSSGs) by looking for more competitive components in terms of cost and engineering.
I also work on the standardization of product families in order to speed up the commissioning of generators(revision of: P&Id, software diagram logics, functional analysis).
Moreover, I carry out the risk assessment according to the UNI EN ISO 13732-1:2009 - Ergonomics of thermal environment - Methods for the assessment of the human responses to contact with surfaces — Part 1: Hot Surfaces. The scope is to provide protection measures for the operators of the generators in the customer's plant.
Finally, my work requires the revision of the Installation, Use and Maintenance Manual.

My focus is to test the prototypes of Candy, Haier and Hoover domestic refrigerators and freezers according to the EN 62522 part 1, 2, 3 and internal standard procedures.
My tasks are: defining the test plan and its timing, number of samples. Liaise with technicians to set-up test rooms, analyse of results.
Actively participating in Cost Excellence projects, making technical considerations regarding the substitution of main components of the refrigeration circuit. All my work involves various stakeholders: quality people, project leaders, purchasing, marketing, designers, etc. For this reason, my role has an eye on the details of the products and at the same time has a general view of the process behind the prototyping.

My role is to oversee the process certification of products in the categories of commercial refrigerators and freezers (ice-makers, blast chillers, etc.), air-conditioner, according to the safety standard UL/CSA 60335-1 and its 2nd parts. My tasks involve construction analysis, test definition and planning, validation of results, reports and release the Authorization to apply the UL mark.
My focus is on the end-user appliances, and most deeply on their refrigerant containing components (tubing,valves, vessels, heat exchangers, motor-compressors, etc.) according to the UL 207 and Pressure equipment directive (PED).

I am responsible for the continuous improvement of the MAPS (Material Processing System) application, used by the Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) for the qualifification tracking, in compliance with the internal norms FGA 07740, FPW.IFP059.
In detail, my tasks consist of:
- Managing the tickets (issues) raised by the users on the MAPS application;
- Liaising the ICT relationship with the Business Supplier Quality and the external service provider (Engineering).
- Plannings the software deployment from certification to production environment.

Validation Engineer @ Magneti Marelli
Validation of the TBM2 (telematic box module) according to the customer norms (FCA)
My tasks are:
- Flashing of the ECU, changing its proxi parameters ;
- Execution of test cycles on bench and in vehicle, with particular attention to the apps CarPlay and Android Auto;
- Recording of bugs and uploading reports OPL on Jira.

Test Case Developer Coordinator @ C.R.F. Centro Ricerche Fiat (FCA group)
I have managed the teamwork in the following activities:
- Analysis of Requirements and CR (change requests);
- Logical designing and writing of functional test cases;
- Development of the automation testing.
ECUs : AGSM (automatic gear selector module), TCM (transmission control module), IPC (instrument panelcluster).

Infotainment System & Test Engineer @ C.R.F. Centro Ricerche Fiat (FCA group)
Test and Validation activities of the Infotainment system for the 520 and 312 projects, with particular focus on the
connectivity of the HU (head unit) and TBM (telematic box module) in order to improve the software:
- Analysis of Requirements and CR (change requests);
- Writing of test cases and their planning related to HMI of TBM responsible of emergency call and assist call;
- Execution of test cycles on bench and in vehicle, with particular attention to the HMI of HU, CarPlay and
AndroidAuto apps;
- Recording of bugs and uploading OP on Polarion ;
- Final Report on CATnet.
