Main responsabilities:
• § Commercial team management;
• § Commercial strategy definition;
• § Prospection, development and management of the clientes;
• § Planning and Structuring purchases and sales (sugar and ethanol);
• § Hedge strategy for sugar and forex through derivatives (futures, optionsand ndf).
• § Follow-up the market looking for better profit margins for the company
and identifying better sales opportunities, comparing arbitrage between
products (sugar and etanol), qualities and its costs vs sales prices, destinations
and markets.
• § Contracts elaboration, analysis and management;
• § Financial management:
o Payments and receivables;
o Exchange;
o Trade finance;
o Structured pre-payment operations; o Operational cash flow.
• § Shipment execution:
o Bureaucratic procedures along with agents; o Export documents analysis
and issuance;
• § Logistics management (Road and rail freight/Terminals), developing new
port options and suppliers, focused in cost reduction.
