Production management:
Manage all activities and resources at the grinding plant, ensure
safety, productivity, product quality, inventory, and save production
costs.
Production schedules.
Train for employees and review annual employee performance
evaluations (KRA).
Develop labor and equipment utilization plans to achieve
manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with engineers to ensure the smooth and successful
introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
Optimize production performance through process, equipment and
system upgrades.
Continuously seek to improve cost efficiency and products quality.
Ensure the organization complies with safety regulations,
procedures and controls.
Create positive and effective communication within the team and
between departments.
Manage the development of subordinates, identify and retain
quality talent and people with high growth potential to strengthen
the organizational structure.
Perform investigations on unusual product batches quickly to
minimize impact.
Support ongoing initiatives to simplify processes, increase
productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure that labor, ethics, and EHS issues are corrected promptly.
