Main responsibilities:
Consult and support to leaders and employees within responsible area, to enable people growth and business growth.
Attract and recruit for talents, both in Vietnam and in other Asia countries. Continuously optimize recruiting channel and enhance recruiting
e ectiveness
Mange local employee P- les, payroll and bene ts. Ensure compliance to local regulations, maintain reward framework and make
recommendations for improvement using local insights.
Partner with Corporate and Regional HR colleagues to support various people process and initiatives, such as performance management cycle,
salary review, talent and succession, GPT system, employee survey etc.
Assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
Manage employee relations issues or performance issues as needed.
Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community. Contributes to People Strategy and a high-performing organization.
Provide support on o ce management and admin tasks for our Vietnam team as and when needed.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
