Main responsibility & area: heading the EMEA operation of the
ROLINX Busbar BU of Rogers Corporation.
 Responsible for the EMEA commercial P&L leading the
commercial & technical Teams with members in Belgium, France
& Germany towards the strategic goals & objectives set.
 Main responsibilities:
1. Formulate the EMEA AOP & Strategy to be incorporated in
the global plan.
2. Manage cross function support of our overseas facilities to
assure quality and on on-time deliveries.
3. Report to the General Manager of the PES Group in the
US.

Main responsibility & area: Manage the ROLINX Sales Team & develop new Sales strategy for incremental growth. optimisation of contribution for the ROLINX Solutions line.

 Main goal is to safeguard budget in the Covid declining market.

 Secondary goals are:
1. BizDev activities with focus on Growth segment.
2. Rollout of Sales Force Lightning with development & mgmt of reporting and KPI follow up within SF.
3. To brief & advise specialty consultancy engineering offices.

 Some Realisations:
o Limitation of Corona impact, 90%+ of budget secured.
o Engagement with major names in new Growth Segment, such as McL, Ferrari, Safran, …
o 4 Growth market proto wins: 4,7M€ Yr. equivalent
o 3 proto wins in new Traditional segment: 2,4 M€ Yr.

Main responsibilities & area: leading the Rolinx Sales Team in executing the set development goals in the Traditional & Growth markets in EMEA.

 Main goal is to stabilise and expand the Traditional market revenue streams and assisting the KAMs in translating the goals into Major Account plans and actions to support this re-organisation & actively participate in sales.

 Secondary goals are:

1. Formulating an action plan to increase the footprint in the new Growth market.
2. Reorganising the service structure for the major accounts working with both ROLINX & Curamik PES Teams, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and procedures to follow.

 Customers:

o 1 Major account with projects in Traditional and Growth markets.
o & 3 Medium accounts in the Traditional market.
o Development of Growth market projects.

 Some Realisations:

o Successful reorganisation of Major accounts between the PES Division Sales Teams.
o Implementation of TEAMS collaboration platforms.
o Danfoss: New Energy proto win and conversion 600K/ yr. for 2020 (Total project Value: 7;2M)
o 2 Medium accounts grown to respectively 430K & 590K/Yr.

Main responsibility & area: development of & assistance in Facility Investment projects in the fields of comfort, Security, Fire Safety & Total Building Solutions towards Key Accounts.
 Main goal is to assist the Key Accounts in the strategy & development of their critical infrastructure investments considering lifecycle management and safeguarding TCO requirements.

 Secondary goals are:

1. Business Development of the vertical Transport market.
2. To brief & advise specialty consultancy engineering offices Siemens solutions.

 Customers:

o 2017: 2 Assigned Key Accounts in Banking and Telecom.
o 2018: The estimated target with 2 Key Accounts was unrealistic, a development was started to build the portfolio to ca. 30 customers in banking, government, telecom, social security & transport sectors.

 Some Realisations:

o Proximus: Migration BMS system (150K€)
o Proximus: POC for Security Management as a Service – SaaS
o Luxembourg Embassy: TBS (replacement of competition HVAC system, new Gas detection & evacuation system in parking, extension of Fire detection system, migration & Extension of CCTV system, new management servers, migration of BMS with integrated procedures (430K€)
o Liantis: Std. HVAC model report (14K€)
o Liantis: Consultancy Fee agreement
o Liantis: AP rollout 2018-2020 (2.280K€)

Main responsibility & area: development & management for strategic Accounts such as Robert Bosch, ad interim management for Strategic emerging customers & accounts in difficulty.
 Main goal is to bring the strategic account; Robert Bosch Group to an overall revenue of 100M$+ from 40M$+ when taking over. Peak result achieved of 80M$+ with an Account Plan to breaching 100M$ in 2021 and reaching 136M$ in 2025.

 Secondary goals are:

1. to structure emerging and accounts in difficulty.
2. to develop & break into new assigned strategic accounts.

 Customers & realisations:

o Bosch SensorTec: 9 Axis gyroscope package.
o Bosch Power Mgmt. Division: IPM package replacing capacity of 6 D2PAK packages in 1 module.
o Bosch Radar Division: Initiation development for automatic lighting sensor for Audi R8 with laser radar technology.
o Melexis: EOL production setup of an Optical package comprising manufacturing line move from Korea to Malaysia.

Main responsibility & area: Key Account Management for ST and STE worldwide with focus on Business Development in the segments of Discrete, WLCSP, aWLP and bumping services. Assigned to one new major Group in ST and to the STE Group, servicing about 12 Bu’s.

 Main goals are to build out the relationship, mapping out the structure of the different BU’s within the Groups and developing revenue in distinct areas, increasing the ASE footprint.

 Sales is project and technology based, requiring close coordination with Engineering Teams in different sites depending on the project requirements.

 Customers & realisations

o ST Group: growth of monthly Sales from 150K/mth to peak of 2M/mth in 2011.
o ST APM Group: Development of 8 types of D2PAK, Introduction of 4 new DPAK types.
o ST AMS Group: Penetration of Group with TO92, DPAK, TO220 & Test.
