1. To develop & enhance HR department set up. Took over HR operation from
China HQ HR.
2. Plan and participate in a variety of recruitment activities. Guide & lead
senior recruiter on prepare internal and external job advertisements, web
postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions
and other materials in accordance with the company recruitment standards
and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they
need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position
3. Responsible for day to day operations and full spectrum of HR that includes
payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HRIS system
implementation & maintenance, performance management, industrial
relation and employee relation.
4. Set up, managed and monitor on payroll processing system, employee
benefits programs.
5. Execute performance management system and process.
6. Manage and monitor training program.
7. Manpower planning and monitor on full time employee & contract employee,
monitor and conduct exit interview.
8. Manage and execute all activities to Industrial Relation activities such as
compliance to regulatory act related to employment. Handling disciplinary
issues, investigation, domestic inquiry, documentation such as warning letter
and other which is relevant to disciplinary.
9. Create/ set up and establish company handbook, rules & regulation for
company.
10. Manage and execute employee relation activities such as employee
engagement program, employee rewards program, retention program.
