Job Responsibility :-
Manage and hand-on the full spectrum of human resources operational activities
covering talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training, performance,
payroll administration and employee relations.
Work in close partnership with the respective department HOD to develop and
implement HR practices and policies to support business expansion.
Developing and implement policies and process (inclusive of employee handbook,SOP and etc.) on issues such as working conditions, performance, equal
opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence.
Planning and sometimes delivering training including inductions for new staff.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
To maintain and update existing/new staff information system database up-to-date
and accurately.
Maintain and keep organizational chart up-to-date.
Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and
policy for recruitment, training and payroll matters.
Conduct recruitment activities effectively including job posting, candidates
screening, interview arrangement.
Prepare & Handle HR related letters and contracts.
Plan and organize pre-onboarding and onboarding effectively.
Checking & Tracking & analyzing the employees attendance.
Ensure staff leave records are up-to-date and leave applications are in compliant
with internal guidelines and policy.
Prepare, Check & Ensure timely and efficient delivery of HR such as payroll and
benefits administration.
Handle, responsible to ensure accuracy and timeliness in process payments to
statutory bodies.
Liaise with relevant authorities and statutory bodies on matter pertaining to
human resources and industrial relations.
Coordinate the entire performance appraisal system of employees.
To handle exit interview with the resigned employee.
To handle & advise on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances,
terminations and other employee relation matters in compliance and local labor
laws/ Industrial relations act.
Leads all HODs and company compliance with all existing governmental and
labor legal government reporting requirements throughout human resource
management.
Practice & compliance the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of
Conduct, International Labour Organization’s (ILO) & Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
Knowledge in Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act.
Report to Top Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Handle & Submission ESD (Expatriate Services Division) for application /
renewal working permits.
Able to travel outstation for job requirement.
To handle foreigners e.g. Application, renewal & clearance documents.
Understand & Knowledge in Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act for Operations
of various HR functions more effectively.
Great interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
Perform any other duties and assignments as and when required by Superior
from time to time.
