Responsibilities
• Posting vacancies on job portals, screening candidates, arranging interviews, on
boarding, and orientation for new joiners.
• Manage end to end recruitment process.
• Review and enhance HR standard operating procedures (SOP), KPI setting and
employee performance assessment systems, compensation and benefits policies
and procedures.
• Analysis absentee and abscond also MC’s
• Issuing show cause letter, warning letters, internal memos, providing counseling,
and providing advice on a proper course of action.
• JTK, MPKK approval and follow up foreigner staff rental documentation.
• FOMEMA, insurance, E-PLKS application and process.
• Renew passport and permit process for foreigner’s
• Updating and up keeping of personal files and records. Leave management,
group insurance, claims, etc
• Administration of training with HRD Corp and training providers.
• Payroll Process
• Process monthly claims in the system and approval or rejection.
• Responsible for tax clearance submission for resigned in inland revenue authority
of Malaysia (IRAM)
• Coordinate the accurate processing of payroll within a specified time frame and in
accordance with Malaysia’s statutory requirements.
• Ensure that all payroll information on the computerized payroll system is
maintained accurately and prepare reports as required.
• Calculate and process all salary and wages, leave entitlements, other
adjustments, and termination payments in accordance with Malaysia statutory
requirements.
• Actively involve in the company quality system (ISO 9001: 2000) as an
internal auditor and procedure preparation and updates.
• To assist on safety and health.
• Prepare payroll summary reports, bank and cash listing, correspondence, and
memorandums on current payroll issues.
• Facilitate the electronic transfer of salaries and wages to the finance department
and other deduction recipients.
• Plan and monitor HRDFCorp levy utilization.
• HR reporting and analytics, employee engagement initiatives proposal,
documentation, SOP reviews.
