- Perform full sets of account management duties
- Responsible for preparation of accounting vouchers, monthly & yearly closing
- Handle intercompany recharges and financial analysis
- Assist in year-end audit and negotiation with auditors
HR & Admin :
- Perform full sets of HR and Administration functions, payroll, MPF, taxation, manpower planning,recruitment, compensation and benefit, commission scheme, bonus scheme, performance management,
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

- Handle daily accounting operations including accounting entries, invoices & receipts issue and AP / AR duties;
- Responsible for bank reconciliations and staff reimbursement;
- Support accountant and auditors in month-end closing, year-end closing and auditing;
Act as a coordinator to liaise with accountants, directors and shareholders
