* Sales management (daily communication-email, phone, visit clients, sending them new products, follow theirneeds and negotiating prices)
* Opened new accounts in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Holland, Norway raising the annual revenue of the company
* Connected and worked through the departments in order to create new business opportunities and newproducts
* Conducted a study of reorganising the company, resulting to the creation of a new organisational chart
* Led a strategic study resulting to the receipt of a government grant
* Analyse company’s and customers’ needs and designed and implemented a CRM systemOrganised the creation of a new website for the company and conducted and implemented an internet strategy plan
*Working with the fabrics’ suppliers in Turkey and visiting their plants each week in order to check the production, resulting in a minimization of faulty fabrics and delivery delays
Continuously monitoring the trends of the market and studying the technological changes of the industry in order to offer fashionable solutions to the clients.
* Daily duties include budgeting for each production process, in co-operation with the General Manager
