 Generally, I am working in frame of Open Innovation, consulting all Haier Business Units (e.g. home appliances, healthcare, elderly care, etc.) globally to accelerate innovation projects. The services include but not limited to developing strategies, competitor and trend analysis, identifying potential external partners, building up relationship and fostering collaboration.

 Drove strategic program Consumer Centric Innovation in Global Cooling organization, including Operation Management, Marketing, R&D, and Quality Management
 Led a cross-functional team to develop digital solution for Gaggenau consumers → all participants in usability test gave us positive feedback and high willingness-to-pay.
 Led concepts development and usability test of smart food management in freezers → all participants gave us positive feedback

 Pre-development engineer in product category Cooling Digitalization
 Led a pre-project about smart freshness detection to evaluate consumer needs and development effort in a global cross-functional team → got a “GO” from Board of Management in China to start the project.
 Led usability test of digital features in China → albeit COVID-19 situation in 2020, we managed to interview consumers face-to-face, collected and analyzed feedbacks from Chinese consumers for global management to make decision.

 Led a team to organize “Global Digital Roadshow” event → in 4 locations, more than 1000 colleagues participated and over 95% participants gave us positive feedback.
 Drove a digital business model innovation project in Bosch Accelerator Program →developed and refined product concepts and business models with Lean Startup methodology
