Aftersales Manager Spain & Portugal (Aug2023 onwards)
• Management of aftersales team (8 members) in Spain/Portugal. Responsible for all aftersales and technical
support services in the region.
• Products managed: Residential on/off-grid inverters, ESS systems, all-in-one/battery ready inverters with
HV/LV batteries, industrial ongrid inverters up to 1000KW in parallel, industrial storage system more than

Aftersales Engineer

● Supervision of development of new projects, from receiving drawing from client, CAD, process design to
quality control process design using Gant charts. Worked with experts in each of the stages of new project
development.
● Preparation of PPAP documents, Process flowchart, PSW, ISIR and Control plan for homologations and
rehomologations.
● Resolving costumer quality claims, by solving problems and providing 8D documents. General external
relationship management from daily contact to receiving costumers during audits.

manufacturers, customers spanned across Europe and Mainland China.

consumption change, customs issues, and quality claims.

UK (Constructions, water treatment plants)
Played a key role in the Mechanical design on numerous construction projects of AMP 6 for clients including
Wessex Water, SE Water and Welsh Water.
Completed Complex Hydraulic Calculations, CAD Modelling (AutoCAD 3D/3DPlant) Enhanced professional skills
by working in a team of Senior and Chartered Engineers.
Projects include renovation and construction of anti-flood pump wells, waste water treatment stations and
fresh water pump stations.
