Responsibilities:
In charge of an international team of 12 persons based in Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Italy, and Russia.
Business Development activities for Vodafone, Telefonica, Orange, Telekom Austria and Deutsche Telekom Group in Europe, in order to increase partnership for
developing 5G Solutions based on Active Antennas, C-RAN, Massive MIMO, Small Cells and Internet of Things (IoT); building a close relationship with the decision
makers (Head of Purchasing, Deployment and Engineering) all around Europe, Russia, CIS and Turkey.
Responsible for top level management of direct reports to enhance all facets of customer accounts, including developing regional business plans and forecasts,
selling RFS products and services, contributing to sales expansion measures, and promoting ongoing development of existing accounts.
Achievements and Accomplishments:
Reorganize and reinforce the Sales team with new Regional Sales Managers with the objective to maintain and growth the recurrent revenue.
Define and execute the Sales strategy per region. Either Direct to the MNOs or Indirect via Channel partners (distributors) or via OEMs with the
objective to generate new business opportunities in the pipeline.
Successful preparation, development, and execution of the annual sales targets for all regional markets and strategic accounts.
Preparation of a three to five-year sales projection identifying and developing strategic initiatives based on trends, threats, and opportunities.
Building Business plans based on regional technological trends to influence the roadmap for medium- and long-term sales.
Team building to motivate and coach the team members to achieve the quarterly Sales targets.
Leading a Task Force to develop Hybrid Cable solutions for 5G deployment including P&L. Solution implemented all around Europe.
Work with the Business Units, Sales Operations and Supply chain teams to assure the quarterly sales target and deliveries.
Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships at C-level
20% Sales growth in Europe, stabilization the business revenue Russia and CIS.
