- Customer counseling (technical and commercial): presenting the workflow according
to company's commercial policy; technical assistance to choose the best technical
solution; trainings for customers.
- Participate in the team for evaluating and establishing the credit risk of the old/ new
customers and propose the limits of exposure per customer.
- Monitor and influence main KPI: customer relationships, sales performance, cost and
budgeting, service quality.
- On-going strategy building and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between sales, marketing and logistics, production
teams.
- Define and propose new services, products, and campaigns with the aim of
increasing the client base and of retaining existing clients while optimizing processes.
- Preparing/negotiating tenders with key customers: ELECTRICA, DELGAZGRID and
other utilities
- Promoting company's products (power cables, control and signaling, telecom cables,high voltage cables etc.).
