Key Result Areas:
• Successfully developing business with existing and new customers and working on the new opportunity (Inquiry) from start to end entailing; Setting the BOQ/suitable product, Field test of product/product trials, working with pricing team, Sending Quotation, follow up, Order processing and closing of the opportunity. Handling Pre- and Post-sales queries.
• Instrumental in setting up internal and external processes of Order management, Inventory Management, Import Management, Custom process, Customer service tracker, Revenue reports, GST & Audit compliance in China factory and India Office.
• Handling Base Station Antenna, Microwave Antenna, Cable & Cable Products (Accessories), RF Components, CPE, SFP and more Telecom and Data centre related products
• Coordinating customer Purchase Orders with various related departments such as Production, Finance, and Sales in order to ensure seamless and systematic procurement and delivery of orders.
• Assisting Credit Controllers in issues faced by them for payment collection as well as Invoicing errors/credit Notes / Debit notes, etc.
• Managing day-to-day operations of the company and working closely with top management to ensure new policies and procedures were communicated and followed by the teams.
Highlights:
• Executed field test (from fixing the BOQ to field installation, arranged pre & post-drive test and prepared project tracker, and project report, and took the daily performance of the sites).
• Highly appreciated for taking the 1st wave of PO of 5000 Antennas from Vodafone and successfully importing and completing the delivery at respective Circles within the given time.
• Achieved various business from Vodafone & Idea: 11000 Antennas (Sep’17 to Dec’17), 22000 Antennas (Jan’18 to Dec’18), and 44000 Antennas (Jan’19 to Dec’19)
• Actively introduced numerous processes in China & India such as;
o Appointed Freight Forwarder at DDP term.
o Production alignment and shipment schedule process developed in HQ as per customer’s desired schedule.
o Developed distribution process in India to avoid inventory in the warehouse and to save transportation costs. Implemented port-wise shipment alignment to save the time and cost
o Completed all import-related compliance in India like: SVB, Transfer Pricing, Custom declaration, HSN code, BOE endorsement, BCD, and other duty structure, Import pricing structure, Currency conversion, etc.)
• Imported and distributed 11000 antennas within 3 months.
• Sorted out and recovered 82.51 Cr from customers. Company given award of INR 10 Lakhs and appreciation.
• Successfully developed Business for various countries like; Sri Lanka (all operators: Hutch, Dialog, Mobitel, SLT), Bangladesh
(all operators: Graminphone, Roby, Bangalink), Airtel Africa: Did 3000 + antenna & Cable Business for various countries of Africa, Myanmar (3 operators Telenor, Vitel, Ooredoo), Malaysia (1 operator Axiata), Indonesia (2 operators and working on 3rd operator: Smartfren, Exel (Axiata)), Nepal (1 operator Nepal Telecom), Vietnam (1 operator Axiata), Cambodia (1 Operator Axiata), and Maldives (2 Operators Dhiraagu & Ooredoo).
