Achieving the assigned annual Sales targets with the required CGM levels for Telecom business primarily including Application Engineering & design based support for Huber+Suhner passive connectivity solutions (RF, Fiber Optics & Copper based solutions) in major Telecom accounts (handled from 2008 to 2013, then 2015 till present), Industrial & Railways accounts (handled till 2020) of India & South Asia. Key accounts handled / being handled at H+S :
Telecom Operators- Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, Vodafone Idea, BSNL.
Telecom OEMs / CEMs & key players - Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, Samsung, Tejas, Jabil, Sanmina, Flex, Sterlite, VVDN, Frog Cellsat, Motorola, Saankhya Labs, Aviat, Ceragon, BT,etc
Space & Defense- ISRO, DRDO labs, Indian Air Force, Bharat Electronics Ltd, L&T, TASL.
Test+Measurement- Freescale, Keysight, Aimil, R&S, Anritsu.
Energy- Wind Energy accounts like Windworld, Inox Wind, Suzlon. Power accounts like

New Account Development is my prime focus area in addition to revival of old customers and maintaining the existing Key Accounts’ business – I have been the top Sales performer in the company since 2018 (6 years in a row). Primary products being sold by me into the Telecom market are Sectorial Antennas (including 5G
mMIMO), Cavity Filters, IRM Kits (4G/5G Outdoor & Indoor Small Cells, UBR, enB, gnB), IBS/DAS solutions, Optical CPRI assemblies, RF Jumpers, SFPs, Power cables, CAT cables, FDMS, FAT boxes, Joint Closures, Splitters, etc. Leading a team of Sales (Account Managers), Customer support & Application engineering since
2018 – mainly for Telecom business. Also leading the team of Post Sales Site support to Pan India Telecom circles.
Handled Huber+Suhner’s distributors & authorized resellers for Industrial market in India till 2020.
Represented Huber+Suhner as a “Passive Products Trainer” for Cell-Site Installation Practices (RF and Optical Fiber passive products) at different telecom accounts –corporate & zonal levels. Eg- Bharti, Nokia, Ericsson, Reliance Communication, Vodafone, ALU, etc.
