- Build Business’s plan for Ferrero Rocher ( Nutella, Kinder Joy, Tictac) as MCP- ASO Plan, Display & Promotion proposal…, implement plan to Sale team for achieving sales target in each Brands.
- Market research, analyst VN market for incharged area and propose business’s plan for each Area.
- Support MKT team to build Trade promotion & Display activities.
- Recruit new distributor / Customers in GT channel, recruit sale team (Sale Supervisor, Saleman etc…) base on manpower plan.
- Manage sale team & 4 distributors in HCM.
- Review & managed sales performance monthly, quarterly
- Coaching Sale team (sale supervisor, sale leaders and sale staffs) on field.
- Field visit to survey competitor’s activities, market research to revise sale activities on next month.
Category Manager 06/2016 to 11/2016
- Manage Category Team to make sure each Category achieves KPI as sale revenue, forecast, inventory etc…
- Interact with marketing or Principals for market visit, promotion proposal, free gift, contribute to the principal strategy development & other principal’s requirements in VietNam market.
- Analyst product’s assortment all the sale channel (GT, MT, etc…) & develop or evaluate trade promotion and implement trade promotion plan to each sale PIC.
- Analyst & define best facing in stores display for each brand, focus in key customers in GT sale channels
- Research, analyst the market to find the opportunities to push sellout for each category/ brand at each sale chain.
- Sales forecast, MKT & trade activity planning – annually master forecast and quarterly, monthly action and revised planning (degree of details varies among principals).
