-Source qualified suppliers for new project and material within requiredtimeline as per requests from Sales/CM/PD team.
- Resource problematic products to backup vendors.
- Co-ordinate with team member from sample development to ship orders.
- Review and understand the technical worksheets and standard requirementof the assigned brand/ customer. Input information from technicalworksheets and create data file.
- Coordinate with vendor for material meet proto sampling request.
-Pre- final, final, in house test, or follow Vtrust inspection if needed
- Receive qty order from US purchasing/ customer team them confirm withVendor if they meet quantity and shipdate.
- Chek inventory material and place material orders if needed. Make sure tomaintain inventory availability.
- Making label sent to factory as customer requires, request Factory makefile to confirm and sample label for confirm.

Receive quantity order from US purchasing/ customer and identify which
vendor can accommodate and then check with vendor on load-ability, ship
date, price and MOQ.
- Follow and push supplier about production and sample schedules to catch
on time.
- Arrange booking and paperwork with a supplier and US team.
- Follow testing with 3rd party.
- Update report about PO, shipment, and payment for the US team.
- Working with suppliers about AI, labels, carton to follow customer's
requirement

- Place an order to ship by using AS.com (customer's system)
- Support the production department if customers have any requirements.
- Update production status with the director and customers.
- Follow audit, test products with 3rd party if any.
- Manage import and export and shipping docs
- Buy material for a company from overseas if any.
- Follow payment from a customer.
- Arrange to ship samples to customers if any.
- Find forwarder and place booking.
