Main responsibilities:
- Drive and own the relationship and communications with customers and vendor partners.
- Evaluate and review vendors’ performance regularly and independently.
- Identify areas for supply chain operations improvements·
- Lead the demand & supply planning process. Monitor PO status, on-time delivery, demand vs. supply, vendors’ capacity, and customers’ forecasts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively managing delivery schedule adjustments and
maintaining a continuous flow of supply to fulfill demand requirements.
- Escalate any constraints, bottlenecks, and issues before they become business-critical.
- Manage customers’ supply chain-related queries and requests; translate customer's forecasts into action throughout the supply chain.
- Analyze data to investigate problems, find root causes, and drive corrective action plans to
solve supply chain issues.
- Create, run, and ensure timely delivery of detailed analysis, and execution plans and generate reports/presentations.
- Responsible for collecting and controlling master data from tier 1 and tier 2 vendor partners
- Support ERP systems projects and handle other ad hoc tasks as they arise.
- Conduct independent reviews of demand, taking a proactive approach to swiftly address
issues and prevent dead stock or overstock situations.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers to closely monitor delivery schedules and production lead times, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Collaborate with shipping teams to arrange shipments, ensuring adherence to requested ship dates.
- Work closely with the accounting team to monitor pending payments, facilitating timely
settlement and maintaining financial accuracy.
- Ad-hoc support of SCM Team where required and projects as assigned by Management.
