工作于Adidas上海总部,负责东区百丽经销商(滔搏体育)零售支持,适应全年50%以上工作时间出差。
负责区域经销商沟通,区部零售工作的各方面提升工作:年度,季度,月度买货目标设定与追踪,销售额及零售KPI的提
升,陈列及仓库标准,店铺人员管理涉及排班与服务技巧培训,店长及营运主管的管理能力提升培训,活动跟进,产品分析及
相应提升方案。在疫情影响线下销售萎缩之后,调整工作模式,跟进重点店铺的线上销售完成,VIP维护以及线下引流活动的执
行与成效分析。
2017年12月~2018年6月,负责百丽苏北地区26家BLR店铺营运对接,年销售额约1.6亿。
2018年7月~2020年12月,负责浙江百丽80家BLR店铺营运对接(其中8家大店),年销售额约2.6亿。组织2019
全年浙江区部提升项目,针对店长及营运的《制定优质决策》,《时间管理》,《零售KPI》,《BTM及鞋墙陈列管理》,《神
秘人服务流程》,《零售营运标准》多场培训以提升区部销售管理能力,至2019年底YTD comp growth +5%,TTL TGT achieve
101%,UPT comp growth +8%,ATV comp growth +7%,MD持平,神秘人得分由去年82分提升至92。
2021年1月~2021年12月,负责百丽苏北地区+安徽地区100家BLR店铺营运对接(其中6家Must Win大店),
BLR年销售额约2.9亿(Must Win 4800万)。完成淮安新亚MBC(开业三月MPSA 134万)与泰州万象城SWC(开业三月MPSA 79万)两家大店开业营运支持。
2022年1月~2022年12月,负责百丽江苏地区+浙江地区185家BLR店铺营运对接(其中24家Must Win大店),
BLR YTD销售额约5.2亿(Must Win 1.54亿)。完成南京艾尚FTW(开业三月MPSA 62万)与苏州中心Super Court1200
(开业首月MPSA 185万),南京金象城SWC(开业首月MPSA 104万)三家大店开业营运支持。全年重点关注各大店线上
销售及线下引流活动的目标设定与执行,至2022年底江苏区域线上销售占比达到15%,同比增长200%。
Job Description:
Base on Shanghai, responsible for Franchiser-Belle(Topsports) retail team work support, adapt to travel within
assigned area of up to 50% of working time.
Responsible for franchisee retail work communication, branch operation standard improvement:
yearly/seasonally/monthly buy in TGT set; ST & retail KPI growth; VM & stockroom standard; people management
about duty scheduling & service skill improvement; retail management skill improvement for SM & DOM; promotion
tracking; products performance analysis and make efficient action plan. After the CONV influenced Offline-sales, we
adjusted the working mode, focus on trucking the key store Online-sales, CRM work & instore activation result.
Dec.2017~Jun.2018, responsible for 26 BLR stores’retail operation work communication in North of Jiangsu
Belle, YTD ST about 1.1 billion.
Jul.2018~Dec.2020, responsible for 80 BLR stores’retail operation work communication (include 8 big store) in
Zhejiang Belle, YTD ST about 2.6 billion. Plan and lead 2019 Zhejiang improvement project, ,,,,,
courser for customer DOM & SM to improve their sales and operation management ability. 2019 YTD comp growth
+5%,TTL TGT achieve 101%,UPT comp growth +8%,ATV comp growth +7%,MD match LY, MSP score from 82 to
92.
Jan.2021~Dec.2021, responsible for 100 BLR stores’retail operation work communication (include 6 Must Winstore) in North of Jiangsu & Anhui Belle, YTD ST about 2.9 billion (Must Win 48 million). Support 2 big store opening
support: Huaian Xinya MBC (First 3 month MPSA 1.34m) & Taizhou Mixcity SWC (First 3 month MPSA 0.79m).
Jan.2022~ Dec.2022, responsible for 185 BLR stores’retail operation work communication (include 24 MustWin store) in Jiangsu & Zhejiang Belle, YTD ST about 5.2 billion (Must Win 1.54 billion). Support 3 big store opening
support: Nanjing IST FTW (First 3 month MPSA 0.62m), Suzhou Centre Super Court 1200 (First 3 month MPSA 1.85m)
& Nanjing Jinxiang SWC (First 3 month MPSA 1.04m). Duing 2022, key focus on the key store Online sales & instore
activation result, YTD Online sales SOB 15%, comp growth 200%.
