To oversee and responsible for the region performance to meet region KPIs and Domino’s Operational standard
· To manage 6 District Managers with total of 40 stores
· To provide the region Sales analysis and prepare necessary proposal on the regions Sales results
· To provide the region P&L analysis and prepare necessary proposal on the region financial results
· To provide support and approval on any hiring activities requiring advertisement, third party and printing support
· To prepare master plan for each new store opening activities in the region
· Responsible for regional administration and District Managers’ compliance on paperwork accuracy and timely submission
· Carryout independent field visits or with District Managers

Take charge of the operations of all shops in Singapore, as well as the overall planning of business and expansion;
· Take charge of recruitment, selection, training, development and team building of all levels of staffs, and developing the qualified management personnel;
· Responsible for all budget approval, site leasing and acquisition, store design and outlet management
· Responsible to formalise strategy and establish business plan to optimise sales, margin and profits of all outlets
· Develop, implement and maintain effective operational policies, practices and strategies
· Overall in charge of Singapore office
· Attending meeting in Shenzhen China Head office to get latest updates.

· 负责新加坡所有店铺的运营，以及业务和扩张的总体规划；
·负责各级员工的招聘、选拔、培训、发展和团队建设，培养合格的管理人员；
·负责所有预算审批、场地租赁和收购、店铺设计和门店管理
·负责制定战略和既定的商业计划，以优化所有门店的销售、利润和利润制定、实施和维护有效的运营政策、做法和战略
·全面负责新加坡办事处
·出席在中国深圳总部举行的会议，了解最新情况。

管理市区的15家Guardian门店，并直接向运营总监报告。职责包括领导近80名团队成员；招聘；分析门店损益并确定行动计划；与其他部门负责人、供应商和各种利益相关者建立关系，并开设新店。
成就：
在11个月内晋升为区域经理，担任门店经理，并被提名参加Dairy Farm人才发展计划。
·通过分析品类销售额，将劳动力成本降低50%，并减少其他可控费用，将一家亏损1.8万美元的商店每月亏损2千美元。
·主动创建新的工作人员值班表模板，供整个Guardian使用
·主动创建了一个时间表计算excel模板，简化了所有手工计算的批量存储。
·协助和协调2014年Dairy Farm D&D企业间竞争，以及Guardian在其他企业中脱颖而出的冠军。


Managing 3 Texas Chicken outlets and report direct to the Managing Director
Responsibility included ensuring high QSC standards of the outlets, resolved customer feedback and teach and coach the Restaurant manager in managing a better and profitable restaurant.
Achievements:
· Creating Operating system for the company as the company is just 3 months old. Some of the systems which launched is the handing/taking over of restaurant form for managers; cash procedures set up, Quality checklist and call sheet for kitchen production use.
· The call sheet was recognized and praised by the Regional Franchise Manager of Texas Chicken

管理3家德州炸鸡店，并直接向董事总经理报告
职责包括确保门店的高QSC标准，解决客户反馈，并教导和指导餐厅经理管理更好、更有利可图的餐厅。
成就：
·为公司创建操作系统，因为公司成立仅3个月。推出的一些系统是经理餐厅表格的交接；现金程序设置、质量检查表和厨房生产使用电话单。
·这份电话单得到了德州炸鸡公司区域特许经营经理的认可和赞扬

Responsibility included manging 11 Franchisee stores and 8 corporate stores; conduct business review with franchisee; ensuring all store operating standard are met
Achievements:
· Recorded breaking Sales for Sentosa store on Zouk Out on December 2010.
· Setting up new store within short time frame of 1.5Days.

职责包括管理11家特许经营店和8家公司店；与特许经营商进行业务审查；确保所有门店运营标准符合
成就：
·2010年12月，Zouk Out圣淘沙店的销售额创下历史新高。
·在1.5天的短时间内开设新店。

Managing 4 Burger King Outlets and report direct to the Area Manager.
Responsibility included ensuring high QSC standards of the outlets, conducting store visits and providing feedback to Store manager; checking Petty Cash Reimbursement submitted by store managers and providing guidance and mentoring of Junior Manager.
Achievements:
· Promoted from Assistant Manager to Store Manager within 9 months
· Turn around BK OCBC outlet from Loss making to a Profit making store
· 3 of the Management Trainee trained, came out top in their Basic Management Class test in 3 different classes.
· Came out with an excel program for Kitchen Product level System which is used by all the 44 stores in Singapore.
· In April 2009, 1st store in Singapore to achieve 93%Operations Excellence Review in an unannounced visit by BK Asia Pacific.
· In September 2009, another breakthrough, scored 95% for the Operations Excellence Review and was the highest in the Asia at that time.

职责包括确保门店的高QSC标准，进行门店拜访并向门店经理提供反馈；检查门店经理提交的零用现金报销单，并为初级经理提供指导和辅导。
成就：
·9个月内从助理经理晋升为门店经理
·将BK华侨银行网点从亏损转变为盈利商店
·其中3名接受过培训的管理培训生在3个不同班级的基础管理课程测试中名列前茅。
·为新加坡所有44家商店使用的厨房产品级系统开发了一个excel程序。
·2009年4月，BK亚太公司突然造访新加坡第一家获得93%卓越运营审查的门店。
·2009年9月，另一项突破，在卓越运营评估中获得了95%的分数，是当时亚洲最高的。
