Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization goal and objective.
Collaborate with the BOM to identify and address Hr needs, opportunities, and challenges.
Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that comply with applicable
laws and regulations.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, -interviewing, and
onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining employees.
Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews,
and employee development plans.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Manage and resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labor
laws and regulations.
Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-
being.
Review and recommend updates to salary structures, incentive programs, and employee
benefits packages in compliance with market trends, and legal requirements.
Identify training and development needs within the organization and design appropriate
programs.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR-related topics, including compliance,
diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
