- Manage quality assurance work in the Factory
- Develop and calibrate standards, processes,instructions, and testing methods according to customer standards.
- Ensure product quality always meets requirements before exporting to other stages.
- Update new standards, processes, instructions, and testing methods
- Every day, assign staff to check the quality of equipment operations.
- Monitor staff's compliance with inspection regulations on quality control
- Communicate and resolve when problems arise with suppliers and customers
- Review plans to calibrate tools and equipment
- Make timely reports according to requests arising from superiors

- Internal Testing
+ Review new items (furniture & relatedelectrical appliances) and conduct quality tests.
+ Review packaging and conduct drop tests.
+ Estimate & design packing way / loading number for new items.
+ Issuance of test reports and upload to SharePoint timely.
- External Testing:
+ Follow up on latest testing standards and protocols for related products for different client.Upload to SharePoint and shared with peers,when require.
+ Review test samples (pre-production &production), prior submission to 3rd party
laboratory.
- Pre-Production Reviews. Confirm labels /stickers / documents / reports.
- Technical Support
+ Provide technical support & advice related to
testing to factory and internal department.
+ Resolve issues from customer complaints.
- Perform other duties as signed by management.

- Perform furniture-hardline testing and evaluation to ensure compliance to international standards within the turnaround time
- Prepare and set up and use the equipment and machinery involved in the testing process
as assigned
- Conduct on-site sampling or testing following requirements
- Conduct maintenance and calibration of instruments Interpret test results, prepare test
reports as well as perform other related administrative work
- Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentation
- Be responsible for all technical and quality aspects of testing activities in the Lab as
authorized or assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor
- Report to the daily testing activities to Laboratory Supervisor and Lab Manager
- Do the other work as assigned by the line manager
