change of car ownership (5B€/y 2025) to usership.

funding, insurance and online client onboarding. First Electrified Fleet Product of STELLANTIS.
Expansion & Growth: From 6 months nationwide ground experience to Europe (G5) to North America.
Organization: from intrapreneur to 20 people in 6 months: Operations, Product, Marketing, Back-office full-stack
development and Sales Team (Tunisia/UK).
Grew Business from 0 to 1.5M€ on 1st year, 2.5 M€ 2nd year (16 months break-even) and 5M€ 3rd year (2021)

Groupe PSA is n°1 in Europe on the LCV segment (Revenues 3.5B€/2018). Missions’ requirements were to internationalize, to
support start of production of a renewed vehicle (400M€ RD/CAPEX), to challenge worldwide profitability (150M€ savings), to
create a brand-new vehicle with a Chinese OEM (300M€ RD/CAPEX) and to recover a vehicle JV manufacturing back to PSA
(900M€ RD/CAPEX). Monthly reporting to Groupe PSA Executive Committee. Contribution to P&L (+5% EBITDA). Start new
markets (ASEAN, Africa and South Asia) +60M€ 2018 revenues.
Key contributions:
■ Business Start-up: fuelled business development opportunities by designing and executing industrial strategies in
Russia, ASEAN, North Africa and South America for regional markets expansion.
■ Market Development: Positioned Pickup vehicle as a market challenger through worldwide supply chain strategy from
China to Malaysia, Tunisia & Uruguay. 5% market share targets by 2022.
■ Partnership Management: Extend businesses by Cooperation Strategies with Toyota, FCA and Chang’An Automobile for
worldwide joint production. Manage a Cross Company Team with PSA’s Chinese Investors to develop LCV programs in
China, ASEAN South America and Africa.
■ Technical Strategy: commit to electrification of LCV Groupe PSA’s range.
■ Financial Strategy: designed budget and executed programs across Sales & Marketing, R&D, Style, Supply chain and
Production, Operations departments, driving clear focus on spending and costs control.

From 2008 to 2016, Groupe PSA has strengthened its market and industrial position by localizing and transferring knowledge to
JV partners. In charge of executing R&D to Production in Electrical Electronics and Software engineering.
Key contributions:
■ Manage and develop R&D Architects and Projects Teams in China (>30 people – 4 cities)
■ Proactively lead Performance (Costs, Quality), Finance and HR management for Vehicle Engineering Projects.
■ Identify and facilitate important cross-team interactions during development (eg. JV, Outsourcing, Core Team).
■ Manage innovation and advanced engineering projects to put on the market adequate products for clients.
■ Size up the Industrial Footprint of PSA in ASEAN by devising the product mix for the R&D and optimize supply chain
operations to settle a hub in Thailand and Vietnam (Executive MBA).
