Be in charge C&B activities: timesheet, payroll, commission, social insurance, termination, promotion, employee data.
Ensure Time and Attendance, Overtime, Leaving tracking.
Making data for process monthly payroll reports including prepare time attendance records, data-changed and incomes incurred, to prepare pay slip and send to employee
Check supporting documents for special leave types (Wedding,Compassionate leave, etc).
Collect HR documents, following HR documents, prepare HR documents.
Follow, update employee’s contracts status and prepare paperwork accordingly.
