• Responsible for negotiations with direct material suppliers (TOCO- total cost analysis) and definition of contracts.
• Project implementation of a new line of Motors XP, especially launching tooling`s and development of new Grey Cast Iron components.
• Planning and execution of procurement strategy. Searching, selection, evaluation and development of suppliers, support the strategy and project development of global commodity manager with Indian suppliers.
• Responsible to define budget and forecast of commodities in charge.
• Coordination and communication with logistics and quality departments. Supplier quality reviews, corrective action plan & root cause analysis, participation in 8D reports, Audit`s VDA 6.3.

Hired for a temporary position as MRO Buyer to develop a catalog of spare parts in six months, but I finished it in 3 months so, I started to support the purchase process and import of CAPEX machines, also I reviewed and implement some contracts of spare parts with suppliers and participated in ROI analysis for CAPEX projects.

Responsible to manage spare parts and general services categories. Main activities Quote and Negotiate with
local and international suppliers, manage iRFQ, manage tenders and sourcing process, place purchase orders and track deliveries.
I developed, implemented KPI’s metrics to follow up, track, and control internal user request (iRFQ's)
performance, tracking the productivity of five indirect buyer related to time of response to get quotations,
suggest a buy option and close iRFQ coming from all the departments, tracking and reporting savings.
