- Coordinate with top management to establish both business growth strategies and resources allocation for the company.
- Develop strategic plans, and tactical sales plans, to ensure revenue and profit are met with
company target.
- Lead a team of Account Managers, Product Managers, and engineers to form working
relationships with the clients.
- Seek opportunities, take charge of the operation, management of sales projects, and
coordinate and organize effective resources to guarantee the success of the projects and the collection of payments.
- Responsible for overall relationship with the target account, and ensure of high level of
communication, commercial relationship, and the business engagement.
- Involve in all activities to ensure the establishment of the brand, and pro-active in improving customers’ satisfaction.
