- Sourcing qualified suppliers/factory for manufacturing of furniture under company’s
requirement.
- Assessing factory capability, maintain relationship with key factory/suppliers for sustainable and competitive sources of materials.
- Working with the purchasing department to provide them with accurate supplier information, pricing, and initial deliveries.
- Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedule with suppliers.
- Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
- Providing solutions to improve spending and outsourcing.
- Building up and reviewing supplier’s performance to meet company’s business expectation.
- Monitor on time – delivery and leverage vendor’s performance and product quality.
- Enhance operational procedures and manage supplier resource development.
- Coordinate with purchasing, technical and design team in product development, costing, production planning.

A. New development.
- Working with my handled factories on new projects from US sourcing team, which are
assigned by Boss, Manager, highlighting all the items, which are suitable with these
factories, working together with technician on CAD, communicating to US sourcing
team before sending to factories for quotation, dealing to get the good price before submitting to US sourcing team.
- Sourcing the new factories, who are willing to co-operate with us, working with our management to visit and ready to quote if their facility is suitable with our products.
- Arranging sample processing with factory, following US requirements, communicating
with our technician to make sure samples good enough on quality and ready to ship.
- Following up sample status, other requests from US team, until get PO/order to factories.
B. Production.
- Communicating with procurement team on the shipment schedule, related to any issue
on production from factories, and graphic team, related to color label issue.
- Working with third party to arrange for samples testing to get report before shipment if requested.
- Communicating with QA team and factory for nal inspection before shipping.
- Working and following up with our shipping team + factory + forwarder to arrange vessel
booking shipment, until the booking is released.
- Updating all related reports.

Outsourcing the suppliers of hardline products (furniture, wall décor, candle,handicraft ...) & E&E to reach the revenue, target, were se led by the management.
- Taking overall responsibility for quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Receiving the inquiries from vendors, checking if the inquiries, related to chemical or physical, working with the related departments, especially technical team tond the capability, suitable protocol,standard... based on client requirement and based on what kind of products, the end user of products, market of products.
- Supporting the existing clients in testing service and sourcing the potential clients for
further service.
- Working with technician team when the issue happened during the test, dening, explaining to clients, communicating with technician to guide clients how to overcome this issue in next tests.
- Visiting customers regularly once or two a month to make sure they’re satised with the
service.

Supporting with senior manager to translate directly in workshop, negotiate, deal with factory people on the problems, happened in production on procedure.

- Helping to update & follow the production status in factories, make sure production
status run smoothly and on me before nal inspection.
- Collecting all the information from the sample, production status of products in each factory and dispatch to related team.
- Tracking samples & work with vendor to meet the deadline.
- Communicating the key dates to factory from the sample to production.
- Arranging the suitable schedule for signing, follow the status of samples, arrange photography schedule for these samples.
- Updating samples status (Hardware, cartonlayout, shipping mark...).
- Updating the working schedule for team, create strong relationships with all of factories.
