Responsible for solving HP printer software issues
Mainly responsible for global HSBC & HASE banks (China, HK. Australia , NewZealand ,India , Philippines , Sri Lanka , Bangladesh , Vietnam , Thailand, Taiwan...)
HP printer configuration issues and user printing issues.
Assist local IT team & local onsite team to resolve some issues related to the HP
printers and user’s printing.

Successfully developed Chinese customers to place orders at the Polish factory.
Assist Chinese customer to control the product quality and production progress.

helped Guang Na art & craft factory of China successfully develop several European
customers. assist the factory to deal with the problems during production and
shipment.

Responsible for the complete set of export documents, booking, and container
loading.
Follow up the quality and production status of customer orders. Have many years of
experience in attending canton fair.
Represented the company to participate in the materials and construction exhibition in
Dubai
