Steer Retail and Corporate sales, prospecting and servicing existing accounts and targeting major RFPs from companies such as Walmart, McDonald’s, Starbucks. Google, among many others. Managing a large Retail and Commercial P&L as well as training and developing a high-performance team on best practices and procedures in the Retail vertical market. Source and mentor new key account managers (KAMS). Leverage expertise in pulling the right technical and service resources to deliver solutions that achieve results for customers considering LED solutions. Secondary focus on stadiums, music venues, and movie theaters to generate demand for LED solutions in the Entertainment and Large Venue vertical markets.
· Initiated the Industry Development Team for the Retail and Corporate markets and quadrupled the forecast in less than one year.
· Secured contracts with 50% of the Top, Strategic Target Accounts at Absen including NYSE, Adidas, Cinepolis Theaters. Google, Gap, and Walmart.
· Managed large rollouts in a Project Management type role while managing and growing a team and managing the top Retail and Corporate accounts at Absen.
· Secured $20M+ in revenue pipeline for stadiums, theaters, and music venues across the US. This was net new business uncovered in my first year with Absen.
· Grew the Absen System Integrator and Partner communities by using my 26 years of commercial display industry experience in North America. The VAA and VAE Partner Programs were initiated and grown by me and my team.
· Member of the first Absen TCO Calculator Team and consulted on best practices. This did not exist at Absen before I introduced this concept and explained the importance of spearheading this initiative as I have done at other companies in the past.
