- To hire new employees and onboard them;

- To conduct and track KPI;
- To actively search for new business opportunities, to develop and scale them if efficient;
- To search for, take part, manage and defend tenders;
- To take part in marketing events (conferences, webinars, interviews, podcasts etc.)
