Technical and product support for dealers and customer technical staff (parts selection, operation principle explanation, repair methods, troubleshooting) by daily email and telephone conversations and regular meetings;
- Investigation of complicated technical cases, which requires manufacturer expertise and advise;
- Modifications and recall campaign execution control, related to components and machine improvement;
- Gathering field information and data for product improvement. Continuous communication with end users and dealers. Reporting to factory;
- Participation in machines assembly, commissioning, repair, inspection, productivity study;
- Warranty claims processing;
- Technical advisory to parts supply team: parts list preparation, custom clearance explanatory materials;
- Technical advisory to machine supply team: specification comparison, machine features explanation, application study.
