• Coordinated and supported efforts in each of the 3 Quantum Technologies relevant to R&S:
– Quantum Computing: Contributed to integration efforts for newly acquired Zurich Instruments, so
as to maximise business effectiveness of new subsidiary via synergy with broader R&S
– Quantum Sensing: Steered collaboration project with University of Basel to successful completion, and
further explored other Quantum Sensing possibilities from Central R&D via dialogue with startups
and research organisations
– Quantum Communications: Contributed to and organised discussions on Quantum-Safe Security in
the company, in order to navigate the future security threat from Quantum Computers
